Sat in a peaceful location but just a short walk across the road from Hotel la Kinkerne, our mountain mazots are the perfect place for a romantic getaway and provide a truly unique experience.

The mazots are traditional alpine style self-contained miniature chalets and we have two available for the winter season. Both are beautiful and come fully equipped with a comfy double bed, an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchenette with tea and coffee station and a small dining area.

We deliver a breakfast hamper containing cereals, yoghurts, pastries and fruits directly to the door each morning and the restaurant at the Kinkerne is just across the road so you’ll eat well during your stay.

The Mazots and Hotel la Kinkerne are located in the Prodains valley at the base station of the Prodains Express lift up to Avoriaz, providing fantastic access to the slopes.

You can ski directly back to the hotel where you can store your ski equipment in the heated lockers and then take a short 1 minute stroll across the road to the Mazots.

The ski bus which connects the Morzine/Les Gets side of the Portes du Soleil stops just outside the hotel. Prodains is a small ski village purpose built at the base station of the lifts. It’s a quiet peaceful location and lift up to Avoriaz stays open into the evening which opens up more options for apres ski activities.

The main hotel is located just a short one minute walk from the mazots and its where you will check in when you arrive, the staff will then welcome you in and show you to the mazot. You will also find a fully stocked bar with a wide range of beers and spirits and an extensively researched wine list. The bar often has music and apres events between 4 and 7pm and provides the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink after a day on the slopes. The hotel also boasts a fantastic restaurant open for both lunch and dinner and offers a wide selection of world cuisine dishes. The staff at the hotel will be able to help you with anything you need.
