Chalet MarMau is a modern, attractive chalet in a sunny position just above the village centre with fabulous mountain views. All 10 bedrooms have wooden flooring, ensuite bathrooms and ample storage. The mixture of twin, triple and family bedrooms mean MarMau is a very flexible chalet for families and groups and there are very generous discounts for filling the chalet. The bright and spacious lounge/dining area has a large stone fireplace in front of which you can relax with a glass of something and a good book before dinner. It’s only a short two minute walk to the pistes, shops and bars. Le Ski’s very own well-equipped crèche is on the ground floor, where children from our other chalets are welcome to join in the fun.

Meals

Your day starts with freshly brewed tea or coffee (don’t worry, we bring real teabags from the UK) and a spread of fresh crusty baguette and jams, yoghurt, fruit and cereals on the table. The cooked breakfast menu changes every day but includes bacon, sausages, eggs, French toast, grilled tomato, succulent mushrooms, Heinz baked beans…

Once you’ve returned from your tough day on the slopes, homemade afternoon tea is served and favourites range from classic treats such as scones with cream and jam to squidgy brownies or raspberry and white chocolate cupcakes. In the evening we let our experienced hosts use their imaginations and the fantastic fresh produce we have to create a mouthwatering 3-course menu for the week.

Unlimited wine 
Unlimited red, rosé and white wines (from bottles, not boxes!) are served through dinner, (with coffee and chocolates in the comfy seats after your meal!)

he team of qualified nannies working in our purpose built crèche in La Tania is well experienced in caring for children and has an activity programme organised by our dedicated Childcare Manager. Drop the kids off at 9am and they will be entertained, fed and cared for all day until 5pm, when they’ll be full of stories about their day! We also offer lunchtime supervision: we’ll pick your children up from ski school, feed them a wholesome lunch in our crèche and drop them off again afterwards. Back in the chalet, our experienced chalet staff will serve a healthy, hearty meal for their tea.

Children from six months to 12 years are welcome to attend our crèche. We adhere to strict carer:child ratios as advised by UK local authority guidelines. Our Childcare Manager is fully up to date with all procedures and legalities to ensure the safety of all children at all times and will be on hand throughout your holiday for any queries or concerns. Many activities take place indoors, but we also take children out to play in the snow as often as possible.

Full day crèche – £300 per week 
6 months – 12 years inclusive.
Mon-Sat 9am-5pm, includes lunch.

Lunchtime supervision – £150 per week
5-12 year olds, inclusive.
Children are collected from ski school and taken to crèche for lunch (2½ hrs)

Please note that we are making some changes for the 2019/20 season. In line with other chalet operators we are moving to 5 days catering.

We will be adding canapés served with fizz on four more nights so these will now be served on each catered evening.
