Self-catered Chalet, La Tourterelle, is a large property only a few minutes’ walk from Meribel Village centre and the high speed Golf chair lift. It is a great spot for a self catered holiday in Meribel with stunning views across the valley.

Arrive back to your chalet after a day on the slopes, settle down and take in the breath-taking views from this wonderfully tranquil setting. Chalet La Tourterelle is conveniently located near the heart of Meribel village, with all necessary amenities nearby. These include a small supermarket, a bar and two restaurants, a bus stop with a regular service to Meribel Centre, a bakery widely regarded as the best in the Three Valleys, of course the Golf Chairlift which will whisk you away to the ski slopes each day.

The chalet provides spacious accommodation for 10-12 guests, and is arranged over 3 floors. The entrance hall with under floor heating (perfect for drying out boots) leads into the sitting room. The living area has a piano, lovely log fire, TV and CD player & iPod dock, two seating areas and a south-facing terrace, with stunning views across the Meribel valley. Connected to this is a generous dining area with a table that seats 12, as well as a modern, spacious, well equipped and efficient kitchen. The top floor has a double bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom, and 2 twin rooms with a shared bathroom. The bottom floor comprises of one en-suite double room, one twin room and a TV room with a sofa bed to sleep an extra two guests. There is an additional separate WC. Skis are stored in the twin garages, and there is ample additional parking. The chalet is perfectly arranged for families or other groups.

The only difference between our catered and self-catered chalets, is the chef and host. Each self-catered chalet, handpicked by us, is beautifully furnished and well-equipped. And all of them are in the heart of Méribel Village, close to the supermarket, restaurants and bars, and just steps from the slopes. The village has everything you need, and we’ll be sure to point you in the direction of what we think is the best bakery in the Three Valleys.
