Overview

Domaine de Toit du Monde is combination of two exquisite chalets created from an old monastery. Himalaya and Toit du Monde are both protected by impressive fortress-like stone walls, creating seclusion and exclusivity for its' guests. The chalets are located on the piste in the area above La Daille which allows easy access to the Domaine de Espace Killy.

The combination of both chalets give you eight bedroom suites, all of which have separate sleeping and relaxation areas. The marble walls around the bath are adorned with delicately engraved snowflakes, while the floor is subtly heated. The bath is of impressive proportions, each with a rain shower which converts into a steam room, easily seating up to 4 or more people with remote controlled lights.

Original features blend perfectly with state of the art facilities. The benefit of combining both chalets means that you can enjoy double the luxury. There are the movie screens which appear at the touch of a button. Then the invisible swimming pools which magically appear between the dining areas and the outdoor terraces, complete with jet stream and corner jacuzzi jets. Two massage rooms and two wine cellars give you double the enjoyment here in this unique chalet.

Food

The chalet team have a passion for fine food and wine. They only use the finest ingredients and wherever possible, local and seasonal produce, sourced from markets and farms. Throughout your stay the talented chefs will indulge your tastes, exploring the flavours and textures of the finest ingredients.

There is a wide range of excellent house wines, but if you have any requests, however rare, we will track them down and have them ready for you when you arrive. Of course, there is always chilled champagne waiting for you and your guests.

We ensure that your dining experience is bespoke, rather than routine and the chefs will be delighted to discuss your requirements. For formal dining they can create gastronomic magic; if you want local specialities, classic dining or comfort food in front of the TV, they can do that too.

Family Time

The mountains are a magical place for children, a winter wonderland of snow. To give you some free time, the staff work with experienced English-speaking nannies, on hand when you need them and every day the chefs prepare a delicious lunch, tea and early supper.

It is ensured that your chalet is provided with all the baby equipment required when travelling abroad with tiny ones. The baby packs made up after consultation with you, contain all those bulky items that you don't want to bring with you.

Spellbinding experiences can be arranged such as husky sledding, or an expedition to your own private igloo. Family holidays are the most precious times and the staff take great pleasure is making sure they are the best ever.

There is so much more to a holiday than just skiing. We realise that you also want to relax and pamper your body and mind during your stay.

You can start the day with a pilates or yoga class to ensure your limbs are warmed up and ready to enjoy a fabulous days skiing. Returning to the chalet after experiencing breathtaking views and exhilarating runs, what is more relaxing than a personalized stretching session to ease those tired limbs? You then can completely wind down by enjoying a massage or treatment of your choice. There is an extensive array to choose from; Swedish to Sports to hot stones, everything is available at this chalet.

The chalet staff work with a team of professional therapists based in resort, who all come highly trained and fully experienced in providing all types of treatments and massage.
