Chalet Aphylla is situated in Villarabout, just above the village of St Martin de Belleville, and is only a two minute chauffeur driven journey from the centre of St Martin de Belleville and the slopes.

It has been built as a luxury private chalet and was new for last season.

The chalet sleeps 8 and has been designed with a reference to the traditional whilst its styling has achieved a contemporary and yet cosy feel. There are four fabulous double bedrooms all with great en-suite bathrooms whilst the communal living areas all exude a feeling of calm and comfort.

The chalet has spectacular uninterrupted views across and down the Valley.

The chalet is decorated throughout in a contemporary alpine style, using warm brown and neutral tones, local woods and textured natural materials.

The wonderful living area has two large comfortable sofas facing each other where guests can sit and relax in the light of the glass-fronted log fire. The living area also boasts a wall-mounted Smart TV which is equipped with British Satellite TV and DVD player, together with a selection of DVDs.

There is also a great selection of books and board games and a sonos music system.

The dining area flows through from the living space towards the kitchen. At night, the dining area benefits from the glass fronted log fire that it shares with the living room.

The well equipped kitchen sits behind the dining area and includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave along with all of the pots, pans and equipment you need in order to whip up dinner after a day on the slopes. Beautiful bone china crockery and crystal glassware is provided.

The dining area opens out onto the sun terrace with its panoramic views across the valley.

On the ground floor there is a ski room which has heated boot warmers and ski racks to keep your equipment warm and dry.

On the ground floor you will also find the beautiful wood sauna, the perfect place to ease your aching muscles after a day on the mountain, which is complemented with a shower to invigorate you before and after your sauna.

Our Food
At breakfast you will be offered a wide selection of cereals and porridge, fresh fruit salad, organic fruit juices, yoghurts, local artisan breads and freshly baked croissants. On 6 days of your holiday (our chef and host will have one day off) we offer a cooked daily special such as bacon and eggs, American style pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup, Eggs Benedict or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon – these cooked options can be tailored to your preferences.

On your return from skiing each day you will find our mouthwatering afternoon tea set up for you in the dining area, with freshly baked cakes, breads and jams, teas, coffee and hot chocolate.

Your evening will start with a choice of canapés and aperitifs around the fire before dinner. We are passionate about using the freshest locally-sourced seasonal ingredients in all our dishes and our evening menus are designed to be beautifully balanced whilst delivering great flavours.

Our food is not over complicated and our ethos is to prepare stunningly presented and truly mouth-watering dishes.  A selection of local French cheeses is always offered after dinner, followed by coffee and petit fours. Your dinner will be accompanied by a great selection of carefully selected premium wines.
